Brent McBride has been a principal for 10 years and is currently completing his third year as principal of Warren T. Jackson Elementary School in Atlanta, GA. Jackson is a high performing IB:PYP certified school that is working to achieve STEM certification. During his tenure as principal, he has worked in schools with diverse populations, his focus has been on underserved populations in the area of literacy. He has served as an adjunct professor for Thomas University while teaching masters level education classes specializing in assessment, data analysis and instructional technology. Brent received his Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University and a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Lesley University. In addition, he has earned his Educational Specialist Degree from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate Tennessee.
