Sheldon Reynolds is the founding principal of the Center for Talent Development (CTD) at Greenlee Elementary in Denver, Colorado. Reynolds was a part of the University of Virginia/Partners for Leadership in Education (UVA/PLE) Cohort 13 and helped lead a successful school turnaround effort at CTD.

In addition to leading CTD, Sheldon also serves as the LEAD Principal of the UVA Breakthrough Network in Denver Public Schools; serving as a peer mentor to five elementary school principals and their leadership teams that are a part of the UVA/PLE Cohort 15.

Prior to leading CTD, Reynolds was the founding principal of Lakewood Montessori Middle School in Durham, North Carolina.

Maricela Anthony is the Dean of Culture at the Center for Talent Development (CTD) at Greenlee Elementary in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Anthony brings an unmatched skillset having experience in a number of instructional and cultural roles across every level of P-12 schooling.

Maricela has served in a teaching capacity with multiple grade levels starting with Early Childhood Education, Literacy Intervention and Foreign Language.

Ms. Anthony also has extensive experience on the student support side as well as holding a variety of roles that have included serving as a Student Advisor and Dean of a large comprehensive high school.
